We believe every immigrant deserves easy access to trusted local services. Our platform reduces friction for immigrants seeking support while providing verified visibility for community-serving businesses.
Platform operator
This platform is operated by Aktion fur Menschenrechte e.V.
The association was founded in 2023 by Iranian migrants in Germany to support people under pressure, threat, or persecution because of political activity, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation.
With the launch of Siyavash, the association pursues the following goals:
- Cover a meaningful share of migrants' needs in Germany.
- Use platform revenue to support refugees on difficult routes who do not have access to a safe country.
Where does the name Siyavash come from?
The name Siyavash is inspired by Siyavash Mahmoudi, a 16-year-old who was killed by direct gunfire from security forces during the 2022 protests in Iran.
The name stands for resistance, hope, and the pursuit of justice - values at the center of this platform.
